About Us
David Wilson (Broker/Owner)
An agent since 1996, David has been involved in real estate since he graduated from UNC-Wilmington. In 2003, he recognized the need for an alternative to the traditional real estate concept, and Carolina's Choice Real Estate was born! A huge sports fan, David is an avid supporter of our local professional hockey team, the Carolina Hurricanes. You can often find him at the RBC Center during home games. David is also a dog lover, and has volunteered for a couple of rescue organizations in the past.
Courtney Wilson (Buyer's Agent/Closing Coordinator)
Shortly after David formed Carolina's Choice Real Estate, he realized he couldn't go it alone and brought on Courtney as a buyer's agent in 2003. Although her primary responsibility is as a buyer's representative, she is also the woman behind the scenes working as office manager/closing coordinator, and makes sure our listings close on time and with the best terms possible. Courtney is a Raleigh native and can't imagine living anywhere else! She is also an animal lover, has done a great deal of volunteer work for several local rescue organizations, and is a vegetarian who loves to cook.
Pilot
Pilot is our home retrieval specialist. He is 8 years old, and an AKC registered Chesapeake Bay Retriever. When he isn't out retrieving the perfect home for our clients, you'll find him swimming (no matter what the temperature is!) and rough-housing with his little sister, Marley.
Marley
A favorite in our office, Marley is our in-house client satisfaction supervisor. Her bubbly demeanor ensures clients and guests get plenty of attention and love. She is a 3 year old bulldog mix who was rescued when found wandering on the highway. In her free time, she loves to sunbathe, cuddle, and wrestle her much bigger brother to the ground.
Spencer
Our founding canine partner at Carolina's Choice, Spencer was our original home retrieval specialist, and also a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. You may still find him in a few of the photos on our website. He was a one-of-a-kind member of the Wilson family, and thankfully passed all his home retrieval knowledge on to his little brother, Pilot. He is now the guardian angel of the office, and is missed terribly.
